Englewood Beach Villas is a charming 55 and older condominium complex with over 99 old Florida detached villas located only a short two minute walk to all island restaurants, shops, and Englewood Beach. Some owners choose to rent their villas.
Englewood Beach Villas offers a community clubhouse, a huge heated pool, a beautiful shuffleboard court and many other fun activities for residents.

Q. Can I have a pet?
A. Only residents are allowed pets (2 less than 20 pounds each). Renters cannot have pets.
Q. Can I rent my villa?
A. Yes. Rentals are allowed from 1 week to 6 months. Rentals longer than 6 months require Board approval.
Q. Is the association financially sound?
A. Yes. We have significant reserves in many areas. If you are a potential buyer, you should and will be able to review both the condo documents and the financial statements.
