I will keep you posted as things progress.  The painters aren’t following the schedule exactly as was sent out to all of you. So, if there are specific dates that do not work for your villa to be painted, please let me know.

OWNER REPSONSIBILITY:             

  • Cut back the shrubbery at least 12 inches where bushes are touching buildings to permit workmen free and adequate access to areas being painted
  • Remove cars to prevent possible paint splatter onto vehicles
  • Remove all personal items from walls, walkways, and lanais
  • Allow work to begin at 7:30 AM, and finish at 5:30 PM
